Car Accident Kills Mother and Unborn Baby

A pregnant woman whose unborn child was killed in a car crash on January 9th died Tuesday at New Hampshire hospital.

Christina Ellison, of Haverhill, New Hampshire, was traveling on U.S. 5 in Newbury when a vehicle that was driven by Kristy O'Meara crossed the center line and crashed into Ellison's car.

Ellison was taken to Cottage Hospital, where her baby was delivered but pronounced date. Ellison was transferred over to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center where she died two weeks later exactly.
