Another avoidable accident occured the other day on Route 107 in Deerfield. According to police reports a Lincoln Navigator crossed over the center line of the highway and crashed head-on into a Chrysler Sebring sending 3 people to the hospital.

There are many reasons why New Hampshire highways have so many accidents and collisions, but one thing is clear -- The vast majority of accidents are avoidable. The needless loss of life and limb is tragic. The civil justice system and laws governing personal injury help provide compensation for the victims, but no amount of money can replace life and health. The business of our firm, Van Dorn and Curtiss, is dedicated to ensuring that personal injury victims recieve full compensation for their losses from all responsible parties. However, we are also dedicated to bringing the problem of highway safety to the public's attention. For more on the Route 107 accident see the Concord Monitor article.
