Leaf Peepers May Not Always Pay Attention to the Road

During the next several weeks, our roads in Central Vermont and New Hampshire fill up with the out of state tourists we affectionately call "leaf peepers." We must remember though that leaf peepers are sometimes more interested in focusing on the foliage than on the road in front of them.
